　　PTL系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)的配料區(qū)物料電子化撿取系統(tǒng)的簡稱，是借助安裝于貨架上每一個貨位的LED電子標(biāo)簽取代揀貨單，利用電腦的控制將訂單信息傳輸?shù)诫娮訕?biāo)簽上，引導(dǎo)揀貨人員正確、快速、輕松地完成揀貨工作。
　　ELCO的PTL系統(tǒng)，不僅提供關(guān)鍵部件、網(wǎng)關(guān)、電纜、線槽等完整的系統(tǒng)硬件，同時還提供配合硬件使用的PTL管理系統(tǒng)。具有BOM接收、BOM分解、揀選信息下載、標(biāo)簽操作信息收集、報警、看板功能、報表功能，引領(lǐng)企業(yè)進入"智能倉儲"新時代。
　　系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成：
　　·揀選標(biāo)簽：揀選標(biāo)簽用于提示人員待揀選的原材料位置和揀選數(shù)量，同時可通過人員觸發(fā)標(biāo)簽上的按鈕來確認(rèn)揀選完成；使用壽命超過3萬小時；具備四位數(shù)碼顯示管，可顯示更加豐富的信息；雙色觸發(fā)按鈕，具備指示和報警的雙重功能；具有蜂鳴器，使報警提示更加直接；設(shè)有自定義按鈕，可拓展更多功能。
　　·網(wǎng)關(guān)：網(wǎng)關(guān)通過Modbus協(xié)議與標(biāo)簽連接，將系統(tǒng)的揀選位置和數(shù)量下發(fā)給標(biāo)簽；使用全雙工模式，同時收發(fā)信息；IP67防護等級，更加堅固耐用；上行通訊通過以太網(wǎng)進行，維護成本低；獨立控制單獨區(qū)域，降低故障率，提高系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性。

　　·靈活：可以方便地進行安裝和拆除；端子插拔形式集中供電和通訊接線，方便更換；具有撥桿和按鈕等多種觸發(fā)模式；包含多個自定義按鈕，可根據(jù)客戶要求進行定制化開發(fā)。
　　·穩(wěn)定：使用ABS外殼，可承受高強度的工況環(huán)境；按鈕可保證長期有效使用；采用并行的通訊模式，可以實現(xiàn)每個標(biāo)簽與數(shù)據(jù)中心的實時通訊。
　　·智能：具有智能診斷功能，在取件過程中若出現(xiàn)問題，可通過蜂鳴器自動報警。
　　網(wǎng)關(guān)：
　　·便捷：提供M12接頭供電、通訊電纜，方便更換；每個網(wǎng)關(guān)獨立與各自區(qū)域的標(biāo)簽連接，即使更換也不會影響系統(tǒng)整體使用。
　　·安全：IP67高防護等級，適應(yīng)各種惡劣的使用環(huán)境；接線處使用M12標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接頭，可以大大提高系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性。
