　　人機界面是在操作人員和機器設備之間做雙向溝通的橋梁，用戶可以自由的組合文字、按鈕、圖形、數字等來處理或監控管理及應付隨時可能變化信息的多功能顯示屏幕。隨著機械設備的飛速發展，以往的操作界面需由熟練的操作員才能操作，而且操作困難，無法提高工作效率，而使用人機界面能夠明確指示并告知操作員機器設備目前的狀況，使操作變的簡單生動，減少操作上的失誤。使用人機界面還可以使機器的配線標準化、簡單化，并且減少PLC控制器所需的I/O點數，降低生產的成本同時由于面板控制的小型化及高性能，相對的提高了整套設備的附加價值。

　　Elco EHV系列是全新一代的工業嵌入式觸摸屏人機界面，其核心采用Intel 520MHz RISC CPU，嵌入式Linux操作系統，易學易用的組態軟件，全新漢化的全中文界面并保持經典的硬件設計。標配USB Host功能，并集成了SD擴展卡，可以在線實現數據的大批量處理和參數的保存，快速上傳/下載用戶程序；集成了音頻輸出接口，加強工業控制現場機器與用戶之間的交流；標配的以太網接口，可以通過TCP/IP協議快速實現多臺HMI的聯機，可以通過Modbus TCP/IP協議與其他控制器實現聯網；可以通過OPC軟件實現與不同接口的控制器交換數據；同時可擴展Canbus，Profibus-DP，MPI通訊，加強HMI與工業現場總線的融合。
