　　人機(jī)界面是在操作人員和機(jī)器設(shè)備之間做雙向溝通的橋梁，用戶可以自由的組合文字、按鈕、圖形、數(shù)字等來處理或監(jiān)控管理及應(yīng)付隨時(shí)可能變化信息的多功能顯示屏幕。隨著機(jī)械設(shè)備的飛速發(fā)展，以往的操作界面需由熟練的操作員才能操作，而且操作困難，無法提高工作效率，而使用人機(jī)界面能夠明確指示并告知操作員機(jī)器設(shè)備目前的狀況，使操作變的簡單生動(dòng)，減少操作上的失誤。使用人機(jī)界面還可以使機(jī)器的配線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、簡單化，并且減少PLC控制器所需的I/O點(diǎn)數(shù)，降低生產(chǎn)的成本同時(shí)由于面板控制的小型化及高性能，相對的提高了整套設(shè)備的附加價(jià)值。

　　Elco EHV系列是全新一代的工業(yè)嵌入式觸摸屏人機(jī)界面，其核心采用Intel 520MHz RISC CPU，嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)，易學(xué)易用的組態(tài)軟件，全新漢化的全中文界面并保持經(jīng)典的硬件設(shè)計(jì)。標(biāo)配USB Host功能，并集成了SD擴(kuò)展卡，可以在線實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的大批量處理和參數(shù)的保存，快速上傳/下載用戶程序；集成了音頻輸出接口，加強(qiáng)工業(yè)控制現(xiàn)場機(jī)器與用戶之間的交流；標(biāo)配的以太網(wǎng)接口，可以通過TCP/IP協(xié)議快速實(shí)現(xiàn)多臺HMI的聯(lián)機(jī)，可以通過Modbus TCP/IP協(xié)議與其他控制器實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)網(wǎng)；可以通過OPC軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)與不同接口的控制器交換數(shù)據(jù)；同時(shí)可擴(kuò)展Canbus，Profibus-DP，MPI通訊，加強(qiáng)HMI與工業(yè)現(xiàn)場總線的融合。
