宜科系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目喜獲2013 gongkong 年度“樣板工程獎(jiǎng)”

　　2013年1月22日，gongkong中國自動(dòng)化市場研討會(huì)（CAMRS）"可持續(xù)、再發(fā)展"盛會(huì)及第十一屆自動(dòng)化年度評選頒獎(jiǎng)典禮在上海隆重召開。宜科（天津）電子有限公司系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目"一汽大眾成都三廠EMS工程項(xiàng)目"獲得業(yè)內(nèi)專家高度認(rèn)可，獲得"gongkong2013第十一屆自動(dòng)化年度樣板工程獎(jiǎng)"。
　　Gongkong自動(dòng)化年度評選活動(dòng)已歷時(shí)十一年，是中國自動(dòng)化行業(yè)具有較強(qiáng)權(quán)威性、公正性與中立性的評選活動(dòng)，并在一定程度上具有行業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展風(fēng)向標(biāo)的意義。本次評選，專家評審組經(jīng)過初期打分、現(xiàn)場討論、現(xiàn)場投票，共舉薦了39個(gè)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品、20個(gè)優(yōu)秀樣板工程。

　　一汽大眾成都三廠EMS自動(dòng)化側(cè)圍輸送線是一汽大眾汽車成都分廠第一次采用的全自動(dòng)輸送側(cè)圍的方式。該項(xiàng)目是宜科（天津）電子有限公司在EMS體系中第一個(gè)完整的焊裝業(yè)績，是跨越式發(fā)展過程中的又一標(biāo)桿式力作。
　　該項(xiàng)目從方案設(shè)計(jì)、現(xiàn)場施工、現(xiàn)場調(diào)試都是ELCO自主完成，目前已經(jīng)完成SOP, 達(dá)到車身車間全柔性60JPH的產(chǎn)能。此次EMS項(xiàng)目采用了ELCO拉繩式編碼器，安裝簡單、工作可靠，精度高調(diào)試方便。中控室采用了WINCC上位機(jī)軟件監(jiān)控和采集現(xiàn)場的工位信息，畫面簡潔美觀大方，在總覽畫面里面可以對整個(gè)現(xiàn)場的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，所有信息一目了然，報(bào)警信息是單獨(dú)的彈出式設(shè)計(jì)，信息明了故障維護(hù)排查簡單。目前，EMS側(cè)圍的輸送線已經(jīng)正常運(yùn)行2個(gè)多月，完全滿足的時(shí)間的節(jié)拍要求，安全可靠，維護(hù)簡單。
