　　宜科全新發(fā)布基于柜內(nèi)DIN導軌安裝的IP20 IO-Link集線器產(chǎn)品，該產(chǎn)品符合IO-Link V1.1標準，包括32點標準型和16點緊湊型兩大系列，每個系列又細分為標準I/O集線器和帶等電位端子I/O集線器兩個子系列。標準I/O集線器適用于主控制柜內(nèi)安裝，借助柜內(nèi)的公用供電端子完成傳感器供電和輸出回路控制，性價比更高。帶等電位端子I/O模塊自帶24VDC和0V供電端子，可靈活布置于現(xiàn)場工位控制箱內(nèi)，無需額外供電端子，配線安裝便利。用戶可根據(jù)安裝使用場景、IO點數(shù)靈活選擇。
　　IP20 IO-Link集線器采用IO-Link v1.1標準設(shè)計，IO-Link CLASS A接口，支持COM1，COM2和COM3通訊速率。模塊I/O端子采用PUSH-IN免工具連接技術(shù)，接線快速可靠。可拔插式IO接線端子臺設(shè)計，在需要進行模塊型號變更或維護時，只需輕輕拔下端子插頭即可，無需再次配線。
　　IP20 IO-Link集線器提供過載、短路報警功能，并可通過IO-Link通訊將報警信息上傳至PLC，用戶可以通過PLC在線診斷功能，實時查看相應報警信息，并可通過調(diào)用"IO-Link device"功能塊，實現(xiàn)對IP20從站的在線參數(shù)配置。此外，每個模塊包裝盒內(nèi)附贈帶背膠的IO通道自定義標記條，方便調(diào)試時核對I/O通道功能。
　　IP20 IO-Link集線器除與宜科IO-Link主站進行連接外，與第三方IO-Link主站也完全兼容，并利用IODD文件進行參數(shù)化配置。
