　　01. 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備（數(shù)控機床、機械臂機器人）通過以太網(wǎng)口與宜科EDGE-A7 5G邊緣網(wǎng)關(guān)連接，通過邊緣網(wǎng)關(guān)采集現(xiàn)場實時數(shù)據(jù)。
　　傳統(tǒng)方案中，網(wǎng)關(guān)不對數(shù)據(jù)進行處理，將數(shù)據(jù)直接上傳到路由器，造成帶寬負(fù)荷大、無效數(shù)據(jù)多，無法利用數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)生實際價值。
　　采用邊緣網(wǎng)關(guān)后，邊緣網(wǎng)關(guān)在設(shè)備中進行數(shù)據(jù)分析，設(shè)置數(shù)據(jù)觸發(fā)門限，未觸發(fā)情況下數(shù)據(jù)本地存儲，抽樣后周期上傳平臺。降低數(shù)據(jù)量，有效數(shù)據(jù)主動上報，提醒平臺設(shè)備機床狀態(tài)和生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)信息，同時支持基于Python語言的二次開發(fā)，便于功能開發(fā)與擴展
　　02. 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場控制設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)線的PLC通過串口或以太網(wǎng)口和邊緣網(wǎng)關(guān)連接，通過Docker方便客戶靈活加裝第三方軟件和驅(qū)動，包括宜科S7、Modbus TCP、OPC UA等多種Agent對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備進行實時在線調(diào)試、變量跟蹤、維護診斷、遠(yuǎn)程程序下載、數(shù)據(jù)采集等操作。
　　03. 生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場傳感器類設(shè)備，通過設(shè)備自帶的4路數(shù)字量輸入，2路數(shù)字量輸出和2路模擬量輸入，實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場傳感器類產(chǎn)品接入和對外控制的功能。同時邊緣網(wǎng)關(guān)可以通過WIFI與Spider 67 slim無線IO擴展模塊進行組網(wǎng)，實現(xiàn)傳感器的無線接入。
