　　傳感器：OSM70激光傳感器
　　OSM70 系列激光傳感器是大方型激光光電式傳感器的一個(gè)代表。其中，對(duì)射型產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)距離可達(dá)150m，滿足OEM客戶高精度定位、遠(yuǎn)距離檢測(cè)的光電產(chǎn)品需求；采用同軸技術(shù)的偏振鏡反型產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)距離可達(dá)25m，無盲區(qū)；帶有BGS功能的漫反型產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)距離可達(dá)3m，通過消除背景對(duì)檢測(cè)的干擾，使檢測(cè)精度更高，穩(wěn)定性更強(qiáng)；而提供寬電壓供電、繼電器輸出的產(chǎn)品則用于滿足客戶的特殊需求。該系列產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用廣泛，在汽車制造的車身檢測(cè)、物流輸送的箱體檢測(cè)、RGV輸送中的托盤檢測(cè)等工藝流程中能夠充分發(fā)揮它的作用。
　　1）OSM70系列對(duì)射式光電傳感器
　　對(duì)射式光電傳感器系列通過使用新的光學(xué)技術(shù)使傳感器的有效距離高達(dá)150米以上，并且依托穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品性能，強(qiáng)悍的抗干擾能力及IP67的高防護(hù)等級(jí)，滿足多種嚴(yán)苛復(fù)雜的使用環(huán)境。
　　2）OSM70系列鏡反射傳感器
　　鏡反射產(chǎn)品在通過使用新的光學(xué)技術(shù)支持下達(dá)到同軸檢測(cè)的目的，使光束擁有更好的約束性，在同類產(chǎn)品中實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離的無盲區(qū)檢測(cè)。在衍生的偏振鏡反射傳感器中使用了目前成本最高，效果最好的偏振分光技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)亮面物體及半透明物體的有效檢測(cè)。
　　3）OSM70系列背景抑制傳感器
　　該產(chǎn)品在多重技術(shù)融合的基礎(chǔ)上通過抗干擾較強(qiáng)的紅外激光配合可見激光輔助實(shí)現(xiàn)了在背景抑制功能上的突破。OSM70背景抑制產(chǎn)品提供背景抑制、前景抑制、窗口模式的三種模式選擇，實(shí)際上達(dá)到了同類產(chǎn)品最遠(yuǎn)檢測(cè)距離之后，我們可以自豪的將其稱為全功能激光傳感器。
